La Dichosa

La Dichosa is a real estate project located in the countryside of Córdoba, Argentina, created by five friends passionate about nature and outdoor living. The brand identity was designed to convey harmony, authenticity, and connection with the land. The logo features an illustration of a native shrub from Córdoba (Buddeja Cordobensis Griseb), drawn by hand to express simplicity and organic beauty. Its minimalist typography balances the natural softness of the illustration with a professional and contemporary tone. Deliverables included brand strategy, logo system, brand guidelines, and inbound marketing strategy for social media positioning.
