Cencommerce
Cencommerce is a digital business unit of Cencosud created to unify and enhance e-commerce operations across Latin America. I led the full rebranding process — from collaborative workshops with teams in five countries to the final identity system. The process was designed to strengthen team unity and foster a shared sense of belonging. The new logo, inspired by the mycelium network, symbolizes collaboration, connection, and growth.
